Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus in Photography and Creative Writing, GPA of 3.8, graduated in May of 2015 from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design (MIAD). In high school I was primarily focused in US History and Sociology and planned to major in one of the two before switching to an art major. However, my interest in social sciences is often utilized in my art.
Experience
Worked at MIAD for three years as a photo lab tech where it was my job to tutor and advise students on their artistic and educational practices. I have taken a variety of art, history, and writing courses; I have a very strong passion for all three subjects! When I was younger I worked in a child daycare with kids 3 months to 12 years of age teaching art and crafts, which is where I found my passion for teaching.

Hobbies
My main hobbies definitely coincide with the career choices I have taken, since I am actively creating new artwork and writing new poetry, it has become a habit of work and pleasure. Recently I was published in a anthology of young American poets, which has further motivated writing as a hobby. I also enjoy reading, watching movies, and exploring galleries/museums.
