By working one on one with a student, I can pinpoint areas of difficulty that a student is having, and I can rework my teaching strategy if it is not working well. To be honest, tutor.com doesn't pay very well, but I continue working that job because I love the satisfaction that comes with helping a student with their homework. I like being responsible for someone's learning.
