I earned my bachelor's degrees in Spanish and French from UW - Milwaukee. My teaching experience includes French and Spanish college level courses, and I love this work. I understand that learning new languages is hard, but if students are motivated to be successful, they will be. As a tutor, I focus on this by creating lesson plans that are interesting, fun, and engaging. I understand that students have different learning styles, so I adjust my approach to match my student's needs. I also set goals with my student, and I'm constantly assessing their progress to ensure what we're doing is working. When I have free time, I like to explore the city of Milwaukee, watch sports like rugby, football, and soccer, spend time with friends, try new foods, read literature, sled, travel, cook, and play with my dogs.
