We are a locally ownder and operated private tutoring company. All of our tutors are certified teachers with a background in the subject area they are tutoring in. We are proud of our tutors and would be happy to allow you to examine the academic background of any tutor assigned to your child. To give you further confidence, we provide you with a complete progress guarantee. All of our students are provided with a free, no obligation diagnostic testing session before their parents are asked to commit to services with us. The results of this testing are then used to create a learning plan (also free and no obligation). This learning plan details the specific skills that your student needs to work on and provides a number of sessions it will take to bring about mastery. If your child does not master the material in that number of sessions, we will continue to work with him / her free of charge until the skills are mastered. That is our guarantee to you.
Experience
As the director of Tutor for Tomorrow, I have literally thousands of hours of tutoring and teaching experience. I am a certified teacher and a member of the National Tutoring Association. I have also served as Education Director for a nonprofit in Dayton, OH. My wife Sarah who helps in directing the company has an M.Ed. as a Reading Specialist and has worked with students with a variety of reading challenges. While we have a staff of tutors working for us, we personally stand behind every tutoring contract. We monitor progress and will personally step in as needed.
