I am a Sophomore at Marquette University in Milwaukee and I am double majoring in Elementary Education and Psychology. I have a cumulative GPA of 3.8 in college and had a GPA of 3.9 in high school. Getting good grades has always been important to me. I went to Neuqua Valley High School in Naperville and was a recipient of the Indian Prairie Scholars Award for having a GPA of 3.8 or higher.
Experience
I have been tutoring students from ages 6-18 for about 4 years now. In high school I would help out at the library by tutoring elementary students in math, reading, science, and writing. In college I have been helping many students with their English essays as well as college application essays. I want to be a tutor because I love working with students and helping them achieve their goals. I love seeing students gain confidence in themselves. I have worked hands on with students in classrooms as well and am familiar with their curriculum. Writing is one of my strong suits and could help students improve areas of struggle.

Hobbies
I did gymnastics all through high school and it was a great way to stay active and do something I love. I also am really involved in my community and do community service projects often such as Hunger Clean Up. I also enjoy reading and particularly I enjoy the Divergent series. I am very outgoing and love meeting new people.
