I privately tutor students at Alverno College in writing, communication, intro psychology and intro biology. I also work part time in the Communication Resource Center where I take one-on-one drop in appointments with students looking to work on any part of the writing and speaking processes in addition to working with students on reading comprehension. I am also a peer adviser, and I was recruited by the Career Education Center on campus to be a communications coach. In this position I am responsible for attending campus events such as career fairs and mock-interviews where I prepare students to interact and communicate effectively with professionals in their desired field. I am passionate about helping students unlock the confident, talented writer and speaker inside, and I recognize the timeless importance of polishing one's communication skills
